Amen Saran - Founder/Head Coach
Amen was born to work in the Human Resources field. Starting her first business writing resumes at 14, she now has over 20+ years of experience as a coach and recruiter. Her unique coaching style has helped her clients successfully navigate even the most competitive of job markets with confidence and ease. She is particularly admired for her ability to inspire others to leave toxic workplaces and advance their careers regardless of the obstacles in their way.
With a diverse list of successful clients from every industry, Amen has a particular affinity for working with clients who lack confidence and need that extra push. She has assisted those with disability challenges find their perfect fit, including her husband. Together, they run the The Blind Carpet Cleaner, #1 Carpet Cleaning business in Surrey, despite his battle with a progressive eye disease. A born matriarch, she also loves empowering women who are returning to the workforce post-pregnancy or are leaving abusive relationships.
In her spare time, Amen enjoys a variety of activities including hiking, exploring (both locally and internationally), and interior design. She is also particularly fond of reading and writing, and is currently in the process of writing her own book! It’s probably not surprising that she also enjoys helping her family start their own small businesses, all of whom have achieved the success that Amen is well known for facilitating.
