WHAT DO YOU NEED FROM me?

A few questions answered in a form or during our scheduled phone consultation, as well as, a copy of your existing resume (if available).

WHICH RESUME IS RIGHT FOR ME?

All resumes are customizable to any field of work or profession and are based on your experience. We will discuss color, font and layout options with you during your consultation.

HOW MUCH DOES A RESUME COST?

We have 3 standard resume packages which are designed based on your level of professional experience.

1) Entry level: $279

2) Professional: $329

3) Executive: $399

We also offer additional services such as Cover Letter writing and LinkedIn profile optimization, which can be added to your order.

HOW MUCH TIME WILL IT TAKE TO CREATE MY RESUME?

We will deliver your first draft on average within 10 to 14 business days unless you have specifically paid for optional faster service.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY RESUME?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal through our website. If you are located in Surrey we can accept cash in person, or etransfer to info@resumeninjas.ca as well.

WHAT HAPPENS ONCE I HAVE PURCHASED YOUR RESUME?

Once you have completed your payment, you will immediately receive a confirmation email with a link to schedule a phone consultation.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY RESUME?

All of our resumes are delivered to you directly via email and are available in PDF and editable Microsoft Word format.

WHAT IF I WANT TO MAKE CHANGES TO MY RESUME?

You will have up to 7 business days from the day you receive your first draft to request any changes. Each resume order includes 2 revisions. If you require additional revisions, they can be purchased at the cost of $50. If no request for changes have been made within 7 business days of receiving your first draft, we will consider that you have approved the final copy.

WHERE ARE YOUR SERVICES AVAILABLE?

Our services are available worldwide and are currently offered in English and Punjabi language.

IS MY INFORMATION SAFE?

All of the information you provide to us is managed internally and will not be sold or disclosed to any 3rd party. All credit card transactions are secured and encrypted.

HOW DO YOU ACCESS MY LINKEDIN PROFILE?

We request that you provide us temporary access to your account so that we can make the necessary changes to your profile. You can change your password immediately before and after we are done.

AM I GUARANTEED TO GET A JOB?

We do our best to make your resume as marketable as possible, which will help to increase your chances at getting an interview. We do not guarantee employment but we offer a 90 Day Interview Guarantee.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

All sales are final and non-refundable once a payment has been made and an order # is issued.
